More than likely it is the power circuit board on the tv that needs to be replaced. You can call or email the manufacturer and see what they say. If you do not have a factory warranty, it might not be cost effective in repairing than just buying a new tv. This is a common issue on bargain price tvs. If you read yahoo questions, you will notice that 95% of tv problems comes from bargain price tvs. Hope this will help you out.
