iBook G4 boot problem?
Yesterday, i replaced my iBook G4 LCD. When I turned it on, it didn’t boot up the normal way. It’s like 1 minute black screen and after that, log in window appears.
I want to see the gray apple logo and the spinning wheel, again!
Anyone can help? Since I’m far away from the apple center.

Call Apple Care, they can probably tell you. I think it’s just a key combination you have to press at startup. It sounds like your Mac is booting in verbose mode as opposed to showing the Apple splash screen.
My Mac did this after the Apple Store had replaced my logic board. I pointed this out and they fixed it right on the spot with a simple key combination at restart.
