Lcd Desktop Stands
desk as tv stand (vice versa)?
i am looking for some furniture that is a desk and tv stand together or a desk that can be used as a tv stand
i bought an hdtv/lcd monitor so i want something where you can put a dvd and stuff and also a spot for the desktop
i am also lookinf for a wall mount for the t260hd because some people say it can be wall mounted and that they have mounted it themeselves but others say it can’t be mounted.
with the tv mounted i can just get a not so tall desk
The T260HD is a Samsung TV. This model according to my research has no VESA holes at the back, so you cannot wall mount it using the traditional flat panel wall mounting equipment. You could probably use the brackets that are used to mount the old Cathode Ray Tube TV’s from the ceiling/wall, to mount the T260HD. But you can also check for ways to adapt the back for wall mounting, but it might be a pain to do so.
As for the desk situation… Ikea and Office Depot, and Closet Factory offers the most spacesaving options. I think a workstation/workcenter might be what you need.
