Hdtv Lcd Vs Plasma Vs Led
Plasma vs LCD/LED Televisions?
I might be purchasing a new 3d television. I would like some opinions on which kind to buy….plasma or LED. I have read articles on both and I still cant decide. From what I can see plasma are less expensive but have a higher potential for image burning (which my current, older hdtv has), use more energy and apparently wont last as long.In some circumstances plasma seems to look better. Any takes on this subject would be appreciated.
Now im seeing tons of articles that differ on plasma vs led but all of them say plasma is hands down better for 3d use. hmmmmm

The best 3D TV’s so far are plasmas.
I have a plasma and never had any problems. I play my PS3 all the time, no burn-in. I don’t know what you’ve been reading but mostly all of the articles I’ve read say plasmas have improved in all areas and last just as long as LCD’s nowadays. LCD’s are the ones trying to play catch up actually.

If it was really such a bad technology then why are some of the best 3D TV’s using plasma?
